Longer stays
We are happy that you’re considering staying with us for a longer period of time. Here you’ll find more information about our long-term rooms. If there is any information you’re still missing, do not hesitate to get in touch!
Rooms
We offer two different room types:
- Small room, 10 m², 1 person
- Large room, 14 m², 1-2 people
Our rooms are furnished with bed(s), desk and a small wardrobe. Each room has its own toilet.
Shared spaces
Our shared spaces are freely accessible to you during your stay.
Lounge
The lounge is furnished with TV, sofas, tables and chairs. Here you can socialize with fellow residents and other guests, watch TV, eat or borrow something from our shelf of board games and books.
Kitchen
In the kitchen you will find most basic appliances and accessories to be able to store and prepare your meals. Here you can find, among other things, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender and stick blender.
Showers with changing rooms & sauna
In the shared spaces, there are also women’s and men’s showers with associated changing rooms and saunas. There is a fee for saunas. The sauna is booked and paid for on site.
Laundry
A laundry room is available for a fee, this too is booked and paid for on site. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, drying room, iron and ironing board. In good weather, there is also the possibility to hang your clothes on a drying rack outside.
Cleaning
You are responsible for keeping the room clean during your stay. This means that you are responsible for both ongoing cleaning and final cleaning before departure.
If you wish us to take care of the final cleaning, this can be arranged for a fee. Please notify us in advance if you wish to use this service. Please note that we charge an extra fee for unannounced non-appearance of final cleaning.
You, together with your roommates, have a joint responsibility for keeping the public areas tidy, this also includes loading and unloading the dishwasher and emptying the garbage bins in the kitchen.
House rules
- Dogs are welcome, but has to be kept on leash in all shared spaces.
- Silence at 10 p.m. to 07 a.m.
- Keep all shared spaces clean and tidy.
- Smoking is only permitted outdoors in designated areas.

The booking is invoiced in advance. For stays over four weeks (28 days), invoices are made in the form of partial payments in four-week periods. The first invoice must be paid before the stay begins.
Bookings are made via e-mail to info@gasthemjomalagard.ax. We need your name, phone number, billing address, arrival and departure dates.
